Not every shade needs to be fixed to a building. Ground-mounted structures carry their own footings, so they can go up on open plots, along a boundary wall, or as a covered corridor linking a gate to a front door — without touching the existing structure.
It's the same engineering standard as our parking and home shades, just laid out to follow a path rather than a parking bay — useful for schools, farmhouses and any site where people need a dry, shaded walking route.
